Asbestos Abatement
Safe removal of asbestos-containing materials in compliance with OSHA, EPA, Oregon DEQ, and Washington regulations. Class I, II, III, and IV certified work.
Overview
Asbestos is a naturally occurring mineral fiber that was widely used in building materials from the 1940s through the 1980s due to its fire resistance and insulating properties. When disturbed, asbestos fibers become airborne and can cause serious health conditions including mesothelioma, asbestosis, and lung cancer. Professional abatement is required by law for most renovation and demolition projects in Oregon and Washington.
Oregon DEQ requires asbestos surveys for ALL commercial buildings before renovation or demolition, regardless of construction date. Residential buildings built before 2004 also require surveys. OSHA presumes building materials installed before 1981 contain asbestos. Failure to comply results in severe penalties and puts workers and occupants at risk.

How We Work
Site Assessment
We coordinate with certified inspectors to identify and document all asbestos-containing materials (ACM) in your building.
Project Planning
Our team develops a detailed abatement plan, obtains necessary permits, and coordinates with regulatory agencies.
Containment Setup
We establish negative pressure containment areas with HEPA filtration to prevent fiber release during removal.
Safe Removal
Trained and certified workers remove ACM using wet methods and proper PPE, following strict safety protocols.
Air Monitoring
Continuous air monitoring ensures fiber levels remain safe throughout the project.
Disposal & Documentation
Waste is properly packaged, transported, and disposed of at approved facilities. Complete documentation provided.
Regulatory Requirements
We ensure full compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
